WORSHIP - HOME STUDY GROUP We are now in 2008 and we are looking forward to another exciting year of
sharing.
Our aim is to bring God more fully into every situation of our
daily living through;
- Prayer
- Bible Study
- Sharing
- Variety of other activities
Last year we read through the books of Acts and Romans verse by verse, stopping
at any poin t where someone felt there was a need for clarification; a new
thought had occurred; or where a verse just ‘jumped out’.
It was really quite amazing to us all how old familiar texts took on new life
and meaning by reading the ‘before’ and ‘after’. We were reading not just the
familiar bits of scripture but all of it in context.
In the time we have been meeting together we have all enjoyed experiencing both
personal and
spiritual growth. If you feel you would like to join us on this journey, please
feel free to come along you will be made most welcome.
We meet on Wednesdays at 7.30pm in the manse. If you would like to know more
