15 – 13th Dec – Take a photo of someone, or something, special to you, put it in a frame, and keep it where you can see it every day.

16 – 14th Dec – Why not send a card to a nursing home; there may be some people who don't receive any.

17 – 15th Dec – Put on your favourite Christmas movie… and relax.

18 – 16th Dec – Give your neighbours a Christmas card.

19 – 17th Dec – As a family, do some Christmas baking, and give some to family & friends.

20 – 18th Dec – Make sure any elderly neighbours are well. Check if they need any shopping, or medications, collected.

21 – 19th Dec – Make time for yourself… do something you enjoy.
